Moon Cycles & Inner Tides
Our bodies are conduits of energy. We give and receive energy at any given time and on many levels, seen, and unseen.
We have natural rhythms that keep us calibrated, functioning, and in harmony with our surroundings.
Therefore, we’re affected by other energies, subtle or intense, including seasons, moon cycles, planetary shifts, down to the food we eat, and water we drink.
As the Moon cycles affect the tides, so does it affect our physical body because we are made up of approximately 50%-75% water. Naturally, your body rhythm moves and shifts during these times.
When you become more aware of your sensitivities, you may notice that at different times of the month, whether it be the planetary moon cycle or feminine moon cycle (menstrual cycle), that you are more in-tune with your body and energy.
Learn to connect to your own natural rhythms during these cycles. Rest when you’re tired, create when inspired, take action when needed, and move forward when Intuitively prompted.
Keep a journal of your discoveries and you may soon see patterns emerge. Get to know yourself from within. Listen to your intuition when it guides you.
